Dear Members,
Further to the advice on 4th July 2019, please find below a notice of a Special General Meeting of the club membership, to be held at the club at 12:30pm Saturday 2nd November 2019 (the date of the first club championship heat).
Get on your bike!
Looking to improve your fitness for the i14 Worlds? What better way than cycling around the beautiful Swan River. And if you want to look sharp and help promote the class and the regatta, what better way than to dress in our i14 Worlds Perth 2020 custom cycling kit from KOM Cycles
Great to have a new class at Perth Dinghy Sailing Club this season. The foiling class will include WASZP’s and Moth’s.
David Von Felton presenting the class flag to Commodore Clayton Erwin at the AGM last week. We look forward to seeing the class flying around the Swan.
With the completion of Forrest Hall 1 and our new boat storage compound, PDSC will be improving security at the club, including the installation of an electronically operated cable-gate across the main entrance. This improvement will allow the Club to manage parking on the club grounds, creating benefits for our members and restricting access to non-members.
Congratulations to PDSC Sabre Sailor Tony Carr for third place overall and winning the veterans division at the 2018/19 Sabre Nationals at Royal Queensland Yacht Club
Congrats to Paul Cochrane and Dan Moore for winning the Javelin National Championships. The boys finished strongly with a win and won the championship on a count back
