Brad Burt Memorial Race

Well last Saturday was a great day on the water and then the evening in the clubhouse was one to remember. The Brad Burt Memorial is always a special day, however this year it was extra special with Carolyn requesting that all bell rings are donated to the charity that is close to her heart, the Make a Wish Foundation. After the result presentations, Carolyn requested everyone ring the bell in memory of someone special. There was hardly a dry eye in the house as the bell kept ringing!.

The access road will be closed from 6pm Sunday 20th March until 6pm Monday 21st March 2022 to allow for the re-asphalting. During this time there will be pedestrian access only to PDSC. No vehicles.

Muddies Report

As some of you will know, the PDSC Muddie group has been busy training every Saturday morning, strengthening their sailing knowledge and working towards partaking in regular racing in the coming weeks. With the shifting easterly breeze over the last few weeks, we have been challenging the sailors to focus on sailing on the wind, reminding them where the “no go zone” is. As you would know this has been very tricky with a wind from 0-10 knots and a direction moving left to right by 40 degrees. The
