Perth Dinghy Sailing Club is an accredited Australian Sailing Discover Sailing Centre and offers a range of sailing experiences 

A comprehensive junior training pathway has been developed to teach fundamental sailing skills initially and then following on to competitive racing and regatta participation.

The Perth Dinghy Sailing Club's junior program runs on Saturday mornings commencing in mid October through to late April. Training commences at 9am on a Saturday morning and runs until approx 12pm.
The PDSC has club owned Mudlark boats for juniors to learn to sail. 

Junior learn to sail training is free for members. Junior Membership  is $140 for children under 13 and $150 for intermediate members (ages 13 - 17). All junior and intermediate members must have a parent or guardian  as an social member ($105) or a full sailing member ($535) .

PDSC is also a registered KidsSport Club  therefore If your child is between 5 and 18 years and is named on a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card they may be eligible to receive up to $150 per calendar year towards club fees. To find out more about this program visit

Coming down for the first time? Please bring with you towel, bathers, sunscreen, hat, water bottle and a change of clothes for your child. Please make yourself known to our co-ordinators Ben Mawson and Matt Clark-Massera
