Perth Dinghy Sailing Club is saddened to hear of the passing of Norm Wear yesterday. Norm passed away peacefully in hospital with Judy by his side. Norm was 87

Norm Wear is a Life Member and sailed Signets in his early years at PDSC on "Intrigue" After retiring from sailing he held his position in the finish box for many years. His memory of sail numbers and his arithmetic were incredible.

Norm and his family always enjoyed the Signet trips to Busselton and Bunbury and he loved reciting poetry to anyone who would listen along with dancing on the dance floor at the PDSC socials.

The Perth Dinghy Sailing Club extends our deepest sympathies to his wife Judy and their children Mick, Julie, Tony, Sue, & Jayne and their families.
