2017 Sabre WA Boating Hardware State Championships

Perth Dinghy Sailing Club and Mounts Bay Sailing Club hosted the Sabre State Championships last weekend (25th & 26th Nov). 26 boats entered the 6 Heat series. Saturday Racing at PDSC was held in strong gusty winds. Milder conditions prevailed on Sunday at MBSC. Final results were:- Scott Olsen â€“ Fremantle Sailing Club 1st Tony Carr Perth Dinghy Sailing Club 2nd Clayton Erwin Perth Dinghy Sailing Club 3rd.

Perth Dinghy Sailing Club Mudlark State Championships 2017

A fun weekend was recently had by our PDSC Mudlark Fleet. Nine muddy sailors and their families headed south to KBSC for the 2017 Mudlark State Championships and campout, joining sailors from MOFSC, KBSC and MBSC. There was the serious business of racing during the day and lots of fun into the evening with the sailors and parents all enjoying a sleepover in the clubhouse. A big thanks to KBSC for hosting the families.

JD State Championship 2017

Well done to the 6 JD`s that headed south to KBSC over the weekend to compete in their State Championships. The weather gods were kind with consistent offshore winds, producing flat water and some awesome rides for the kids. Congratulations going to the new JD State Champions, Thomas and Ethan. 2nd place was Jonathon and Sam, with Will and Barney in 3rd place.
