Seminar by Glenn Dawson (PDSC club member, Sabre sailor, radio control sailor, National 10-R radio control champion).  

Glenn’s bio:
Glenn has been racing radio controlled boats since 1985 (In case you don’t know radio control sailors are red hot on the racing rules of sailing (RRS)).  Whilst having no formal rules qualifications, Glenn has been involved with the Australian Radio Yachting Association's Race Rules committee since 2010, and since 2012 has chaired the committee. In 2015, Glenn was invited to represent the Oceania region on the International Radio Sailing Association's Race Rules committee. In 2017, Glenn became one of three delegates from the IRSA to World Sailing's Appendix E working group. That group looks at the Radio Sailing Appendix E and makes recommendations to World Sailing in relation to the upcoming version of the RRS and he continues to be involved on that body.
