Dear Members,

Please find here a nomination form for all eligible members wishing to nominate for the positions of the Office Bearers and Ordinary Members of the club’s Management Committee for season 2021-22.

Please consider volunteering to serve on the Management Committee in one of the identified roles.

If you wish to nominate then please:

• Complete and sign the form, as nominee.
• Get two ordinary (full) members to support your nomination and sign the form as Proposer and Seconder (emails indicating support for your nomination will also be accepted).
• Email or mail the completed form to the Secretary at secretary@perthsailing.org.au or 13 Hackett Drive, Crawley WA 6009.

The deadline for nominations to be received by the Secretary is 8th July 2021.

The form includes further details on who is eligible to nominate.

All current Office Bearers and Ordinary Committee Members of the club’s Management Committee are reminded that the nomination process applies equally to them, and that if you are wishing to continue to serve on the Management Committee that you are required to nominate according to the above process and deadline.

Election of Office Bearers and Ordinary Management Committee members will be held at the club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at the club on 5th August 2021.

Further details including a formal notice of the AGM (and an agenda) will be communicated in due course.
