Please be advised of the Annual General Meeting of the Perth Dinghy Sailing Club, to be held at the club, on Thursday, 1^st August 2019, commencing at 7:30pm.

All Ordinary and Life Members are requested to attend.

Members unable to attend are requested to notify the Club Secretary (secretary@perthsailing.org.au, 0448 103 028) before the meeting.

Attached is the proposed agenda for the meeting.  Members wishing to have any specific item added to the agenda should advise the Club Secretary of details before Thursday 18^th July 2019.

Class Captains are requested to prepare a brief (about 5 minute maximum) written report on the class for the season just completed, including club sailor attendance and achievements at class State and National Championships.  Class Captains are also requested to present this report verbally to the AGM and provide the report electronically to the Club Secretary.  Class Captains unable to attend the AGM should make alternative arrangements for the report to be presented and notify the Club Secretary of the arrangements before the meeting.

Election of Office Bearers for the club for season 2019-20 will occur at the AGM, and nominations from interested club members are requested.  Members wishing to nominate for any of the following positions should complete the attached nomination form, have the nomination proposed and seconded by members who are Ordinary or Life members and submit the completed form to the Club Secretary before Thursday 25th July 2019 (a scanned and emailed version is acceptable by this date).
